Tax Portals: We offer our individual tax clients their own online tax portals. Each of our individual tax clients can utilize a web-based tax organizer. By utilizing the free web-based tax organizer, our clients are assured they have properly gathered and organized their tax information, so that their tax return can be prepared as accurately and as efficiently as possible. Once SS&C is finished preparing the 1040 tax return, our clients can retrieve a .pdf version of their tax return anytime. Over 3,000 vendors can be aggregated to provide you an “all-in-one” view of your current portfolio balances. Remote Payroll Data Entry – Securely enter payroll timesheet information. Remote Payroll Check Printing – Once SS&C completes your payroll, our clients can conveniently print their payroll checks in their own office. Client Bookkeeping Service ASP (Application Service Provider) – We offer a complete online booking solution. You can consider this service a “QuickBooks Clone”. You no longer have to maintain offsite data storage or perform backups. You do not have to continually update software modules and versions. We take care of everything for you. The Thompson Data Center, comprised of two state-of-the-art facilities totaling 175,000 square feet, is one of the largest data centers in the world. The Thompson Data Center takes every precaution to guarantee the safety of computer equipment and your data. Built-in redundancy and extremely reliable and high-availability infrastructure continuously ensure the integrity of data and the quality of services offered to you. Physical Access – Card-key system admitting only authorized personnel is continuously logged and monitored. The use of “Secure Channel” is mandatory for servers within the server farm. Several layers of network switching devices, each configured with complex Access Control List (ACL), ensure that only specific network traffic is allowed to move between different logical networks.
