Gary R. Summers, CPA, CVA, is president of SS&C Business & Tax Services, Inc.  He is also an officer  in Summers, Spencer & Callison, CPAs, Chartered. Summers has served business owners through the Certified Public Accounting profession since 1975 and was a partner in a regional accounting firm until purchasing SS&C in 1985. His primary experience is in management consulting services and business valuation for privately held companies. He has earned the Business Valuation Certificate of Educational Achievement from the AICPA as well as the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and has extensive experience providing valuation services to the following industries:

Michael H. Callison, CPA is an officer in Summers, Spencer & Callison, CPAs, Chartered.  He is also an officer of SS&C Business & Tax Services, Inc, and serves as Vice-President. He has work experience in public accounting since 1988 and has worked in the banking industry since 1981. Mike directs all bank engagements including scope of work performed, completion of work and reporting to board of directors. He has extensive experience in service to the following industries:

Brenda K. Flanagan, CPA is an officer in Summers, Spencer & Callison, CPAs, Chartered.  She is also an officer of SS&C Business & Tax Services, Inc, and serves as Vice-President.  She joined the Firm in 1992. Brenda has fifteen years previous experience in both public and private accounting, including not-for-profit organizations. Her primary experience is in auditing with a concentration in the following industries:

Stuart A. Bach, CPA  is an officer in Summers, Spencer & Callison, CPAs, Chartered.  He is also an officer of SS&C Business & Tax Services, Inc, and serves as Vice-President. Stuart manages the Firm’s office in Meriden, Kansas. He joined the Firm in 1994. His primary work experience is in auditing and his secondary experience is in tax preparation. Skyler W.
